Jet-Scan Pte Ltd


Jet-Scan, a subsidiary of Tiong Seng Contractors Pte Ltd, was formed in February 1998 to provide specialist services in the field of high-pressure jetting, closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection and robotic cutting for pipeline rehabilitation works.  Examples of such specialised work include the Singapore Ministry of Environment's Contracts 1 and 2 for the Rehabilitation of Sewers.  Since then, Jet-Scan has continued to develop and expand.


Jet-Scan (HK) Ltd

Jet-Scan (HK) Ltd, a fully-owned subsidiary of Jet-Scan, was formed in July 2000.  Like Jet-Scan in Singapore, Jet-Scan (HK) is a specialist contractor in providing CCTV, water jetting and robotic cutting services to major local drainage and sewerage maintenance contractors.  It also owns the license to MultiLiner® lining systems for gravity sewer pipes.
